The first concert for 2019 by the Preston Symphony Orchestra travels to the stars: with the drama of Holst’s Planets (Mars, Venus, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter), John Williams’ Star Wars Epic Part. II and the world premiere of a new work by Melbourne composer Williams Schmidt, From the Earth to the Galaxy. Join conductor Joseph Lallo and the expanded forces of the Preston Symphony for a journey to remember.
