Heidelberg Symphony Presents: European Masters

Soloist Roman Panormariov presents two wonderful works for Horn: Mozart’s Fourth Concerto is a virtuoso vehicle that showcases the soloist’s abilities and Richard Strauss’s first horn concerto is one of the most demanding solo works for Horn.

The calm tempo of Copland’s suite from the soundtrack to film “Our Town” provides a beautiful contrast with Prokofiev’s charming scenes from satirical opera “The Love of Three Oranges”.
