Chris Howlett and Hoang Pham have performed together for over 15 years. They return to the Salon after yearly sold out concerts to perform two masterworks of the piano and cello repertoire. Both Beethoven and Mendelssohn’s second cello sonatas enrapture audiences with the spirited dialogue between cello and piano and the pathos of the Romantic period. In between these great works, Hoang will showcase the emotional magic of Mendelssohn’s Prelude & Fugue in E minor.
